Our tourist office is in the heart of the city center in the emblematic building of the old station, the tourist office welcomes visitors and locals all year round.
Chaired by Mr. Jean-Yves ROSAZZA, mayor of the city, the tourist office is in RAFT status (Régie à Autonomie Financière et Touristique).
In 2022, the tourist office obtained the classification in category 1 and Quality Tourism brand for 2021 for its quality commitment to its visitors and partners.
Offer a personalized welcome and “informed” advice
Our stay advisors, permanent or seasonal, are experts in the area who welcome, inform and advise visitors in an informed and personalized way on tourist and local riches and practical life. The offers proposed by the tourist office are visible and promoted before, during and after the tourist stay on our brochures, our website and our social networks.
Develop a year-round activity program
In addition to offering family activities and guided tours throughout the year, the tourist office has developed a ticketing service for new leisure activities, concerts and boat trips.
Supporting local actors
The qualification of the tourist offer is essential and contributes to meeting customer expectations. The tourist office team offers support for the ministerial star rating for accommodation providers, but also for the Accueil Vélo brand, which guarantees a quality welcome for cycle tourists.
The tourist office also offers free digital workshops twice a year.

QUALITÉ TOURISME™, created by the ministry in charge of French tourism, is recognition of the continuous improvement initiatives in the quality of services put in place by Tourist Offices. An audit is carried out every 3 years.
