Territorial digital strategy

Tourism trends encourage the sector to adapt, once again, to new practices and behaviors! The tourist office is implementing a regional digital strategy based on re-attractiveness and re-enchantment through the creation of new digital services!

4 SEASONS SHOOTING

In 2024, the tourist office took on the challenge, in partnership with the photographer and videographer Tilt and Pan, to promote Andernos in all 4 seasons. Thus, the “winter” shooting took place on Tuesday February 6. Thank you for responding, by offering us your time, your place of activity for a few hours or even your products.

In 2019, the tourist office implemented a digital territorial diagnosis with its service providers.

The next diagnosis will be made during the first half of 1.

What is digital diagnosis? It is the measurement of the digital performance of our territory, through the e.reputation of our services and our tourism providers and professionals, the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the territory to lead to a questioning of good practices of our organization, the internal and external skills of the Tourist Office, the resources available or to be pooled

As a goal

  • Obtain an inventory of the Internet presence of tourism professionals and identify their digital support needs in line with the territory's digital strategy so that they are competitive on the Internet.
  • Develop privileged links with tourism professionals and bring added value to their activity.
  • Visualize and analyze the results of our digital actions in our territory to identify the strong points and weak points of our strategy.
  • Define a territorial digital strategy (a digital action plan) and target our margins for progress.

 

The tourist office has structured its activities linked to digital technology withSNUT tool (Digital Strategy of Tourist Territory) which also makes it possible to establish a dashboard of quantified data (statistics).

Thanks to this toolself-diagnosis manageable online, we generated a report on our digital activities and the actions to be planned within 3 years.
